Our GSt Ceremony rings can be made in 14k white or yellow gold, 18k white, yellow or rose gold and platinum.
Rings by our other designers primarily come in 18k or platinum.
Our GSt Ceremony rings made in gold use 100% SCS Certified recycled gold.
Recycled gold is reclaimed from post-consumer sources and re-refined. It is the exact same quality as newly mined gold...just much better for the environment.
Yes, our GSt Ceremony rings are plated with rhodium unless you request otherwise. Non-plated white gold has a slight, warm tint to the color becuase it contains yellow gold in its composition. Rhodium plating gives the white gold ring is bright, white look.
Yes, with wear the plating will begin to fade and expose the natural color of the white gold. But don't worry! Our GSt Lifetime care covers polishing and re-plating your ring.
Yes, if you have an allergy to nickel, we only recommend platinum.

Made-to-order, custom-made, or sized engagement ring purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Deposits made on canceled special orders are non-refundable.
We offer one complimentary ring resizing (not applicable to eternity wedding bands) of your engagement ring. Some rings, however, cannot be resized by us and must be special ordered or sent to the designer. We'll let you know as soon as possible if there will be a delay in your order.
No. Because we must physically inspect your item to determine the extent of the repair, the price and turn-around time, quotes by phone are not possible. Please visit our store to work with one of our jewelry specialists. Appointments for quotes are not necessary.
The time it takes to repair a piece of jewelry depends, of course, on the complexity of the repair. Most repairs take 7 – 10 business days, but in many situations we can offer an express repair service that reduces this time to just 48 hours. Once we have seen your jewelry in person, we’ll offer an estimate on both the timing and cost.

We’d be happy to, if possible. We can adjust a stock ring to the size you need, which adds approximately 48 hours to order processing. However, some of our rings have intricate designs that make resizing impossible. To inquire about a specific item or to confirm sizing options, email us or call 866.288.9222. Please note that resizing a stock ring renders it a final sale item, making it ineligible for return or exchange.
GSt. offers after care for all purchased pieces, including free cleaning, polishing and check/tightening stones. We also offer one complimentary resizing within one year of purchasing a ring. Please read more about lifetime services we offer for our engagement rings here.

Custom design is affordable and can fit most any budget. The design fee starts at $1,100 plus the price of the materials, gemstones and labor. A simple custom project generally starts in the range of $2,200-$2,500 and will vary depending on the detail and complexity of the design and the price of gold.
Simple projects start around $450, like removing a gemstone from a ring and placing it in a necklace. Many factors are at play — how many stones we're working with, whether you'd like to put the value of the metal into your new piece, how elaborate or simple the finished design will be, etc. We'll spell it all out for you in complete transparency.
The average timeframe is usually 6 -8 weeks from initial consultation to delivery of your finished design.

Jewelry restyling means you bring us or send in your old or out of date jewelry, and we use those assets to design something new — say, diamonds or gemstones from a ring you don't love, and potentially the value of the precious metal in that piece.
Custom design means we start completely from scratch, with no contribution from you of jewelry or stones.
In any case, you'll have design input, many opportunities to approve the progress of the piece, and a fantastic one-of-a-kind jewel at the end of the process.
We design rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. Unlike some jewelry brands that have a specific design aesthetic, we can make a custom piece that's all you — we've designed jewelry based on a customer's favorite tattoo. If we can dream it, we can most likely make it.

While we can’t place the actual metal in your new design, we can apply the recycled value of the metal towards the cost of your project. That value is based on the current market value of silver, gold, or platinum.
When we say “custom”, we mean it. Our craftsmen work on an individual basis to determine the best way to achieve your design. This isn’t a template, or a pre-existing design that we customize with metal color and a diamond. For custom jewelry as well as jewelry restyling, we take your concept and create something that’s "from scratch," and completely one-of-a-kind.
