Bring us your broken, tired, or just worn fine jewelry and we’ll restore or repair it. For vintage or heirloom pieces with more serious issues, we offer extensive jewelry restoration services to bring your treasures back to their former glory. Usually, all work is completed in our on-site workshop for jewelry repair in NYC, but we do work with trusted craftspeople for specialty jobs like recutting. Get in touch and we'll go from there. Please note that repairs may need to be kept for 1 week to receive an estimate by our jewelers.

Work with our Concierge to find the right gift, get help styling your jewelry, or simply answer any jewelry-related question. We offer encouragement and hand-holding, too...
Jewels are timeless, but jewelry styles often have an expiration date. If you have jewelry you no longer love, bring it in and our specialists will determine the cash value of the gold or platinum. We may also purchase your diamonds — we do this on a case-by-case basis.
If you prefer, we’ll offer a credit for your jewelry at 1.5 times its cash value that can be applied towards something new. Some restrictions apply, please speak to one of our staff for details.
