We’re committed to protecting ecosystems by using responsibly sourced diamonds, gemstones, metals and production. This applies to our own private label collections, as well as the choices we make in selecting the partner designers that we carry.
We’re proud to be a business owned, operated and composed primarily of women, with over 40% of our staff identifying as BIPOC. We house our workshop in our store to promote constant collaboration between the Master Jeweler and designers, and our owners are intimately involved in every part of this process. Because we believe that a company is only as strong as its employees, our team receives generous benefits, professional development, health insurance, and retirement accounts. And we've been known to throw a great karaoke party, too.
