Our parents, Carl and Milly, opened Greenwich St. Jewelers in downtown NYC in 1976. As kids, we grew up playing on the shop floor, spending afternoons watching our father create treasures on his workbench. As we grew we were given more work to do, Dad even taught us how to help with repairs and put creative touches on custom pieces for clients (spoiler: they loved it!) We learned early on that jewelry can transport you through time and space, creating irreplaceable bonds between people, moments and memories.
As sisters, a love for beauty and a passion for discovery is in our DNA — but we each approach this process differently. Christina worked in finance and honed her skills at other fine jewelry brands before becoming a GIA-certified gemologist. She brings precision and an eye for detail to everything she does. Jennifer’s impeccable taste was cultivated at Fashion Institute of Technology and refined in the fashion industry. She returned to her first love of jewelry with a focused creative vision.
Like two different gemstones in one setting, we complement each other. As a women-owned, BIPOC-led business, we lead with our heads and our hearts. Our greatest joy is the feeling of creating something unexpectedly delightful for a client. We believe jewelry isn’t just something you own, it’s something that becomes part of who you are. We’re so proud to help you discover your new favorite part of yourself.
