When you purchase a complete engagement ring (both the center gem and setting from G.St), you receive priority and complimentary annual care to keep your ring in top condition. Our expert servicing includes:
Professional cleaning & polishing – Ultrasonic and steam cleaning for hard gemstones; gentle hand-cleaning for soft or porous gems.
Metal care – Oxidation removal, rhodium plating reapplication (for white gold), and finish restoration (brushed, florentine, hammered, polished, satin).
Gemstone security – Loose stone tightening and prong maintenance.
One-time complimentary resizing (within a year of purchase, up to 2 sizes).
Diamond loss replacement – If a diamond up to 0.25 carats is lost from its original setting due to normal wear, we’ll replace it.
Additional repairs (such as reshaping, prong replacement, or engraving restoration) may be available at an additional charge. All repairs and alterations must be completed by G.St to maintain your warranty.

An up-to-date appraisal ensures your ring is properly insured and valued over time. When you purchase a complete engagement ring from G.St, you receive a complimentary insurance appraisal conducted by our GIA-certified gemologist.
Since market values fluctuate, we recommend updating your appraisal every three years. Simply bring your ring into our store, and we’ll provide a revised valuation—free of charge—within 7-10 business days.
While we provide annual servicing, we strongly recommend jewelry insurance to protect your jewelry's value. Life happens—make sure you're covered for all of it.
