Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist at Greenwich St. Jewelers. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting and consulting clients in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, and loose diamonds/gemstones. This position will also involve advising clients on custom design and jewelry restyling.

Qualifications

Direct experience in a similar role working with fine jewelry and selling engagement rings/wedding bands

Strong knowledge of fine jewelry materials, gemstones, and diamonds is a must

A strong sense of accountability with an entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through text messaging, social media platforms, and traditional communication methods

Agility with computers and using CRM systems to meet your goals

Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

A team mindset with a company-first mentality - you love working to support others as you mutually achieve your goals

Flexibility to work weekends
